Domestic shipping
Each piece of pottery is carefully handmade and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely in your hands.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
At this time, shipping is available within the US. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Because pottery is fragile, every piece is wrapped and cushioned with care. While I do everything possible to prevent damage, shipping ceramics always carries some risk—thank you for understanding the nature of handmade goods.
returns & exchanges
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Each piece is made slowly and intentionally, and slight variations in shape, size, and glaze are part of what makes handmade pottery unique.
damaged or faulty goods
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging materials
The shipping box
Once reviewed, I’ll gladly offer a replacement (if available) or a refund, depending on the condition of the item.
